SPCA Blood Orange
Bulwark is proud to celebrate SPCA’s noble efforts, donating part of the proceeds of this limited release cider to the organization. This handcrafted cider is seriously delicious, combining the sweet berry-like citrus notes of blood orange are balanced against the zing tart flavour of cranberries, layered over our signature Bulwark five-apple blend of freshly pressed Annapolis Valley apples.
Caramel Candy
Our signature five-apple blend of Annapolis Valley apples surrounded by sweet, buttery caramel candy. Combined, they create a balanced, refreshing, crisp cider, great with a decadent dessert or to sip on its own.
Burnt Orange
Hibiscus cider is crafted from our signature five-apple blend of Annapolis Valley apples freshly pressed onsite. The tart tang of steeped hibiscus flowers perfectly complements the charring of burnt orange for a warm and complex cider; deep caramelized citrus notes and a toasted and slightly tart finish. This is a cider with an avant-garde twist; perfect complement to your celebration dinners or your favourite savoury dishes.
Winter (coming fall 2023)
Warm and inviting, our limited release Bulwark Winter cider is the perfect treat for cold winter days. Its scintillating blend combines Annapolis Valley apples with gentle notes of cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger–resulting in a well-balanced and irresistible winter taste.
